Man - Machine interface achieved in welding cutting and bending processes with the help of laser lines, punching lines, bending lines and Robotic welding lines.

Operator cabins and Sheet Metal components undergo 8 tank chemical cold phosphating process before painting.

Chemical laboratory to maintain the concentration of chemical baths to ensures the quality of the phosphating process.

Painting process is carried out in pressurized down draft booths with electrostatic spraying equipments.

The operator cabins are assembled in final assembly inclusive of glass and accessery fitments.

The over all quality is checked as per check list and 100% inspection is carried out for  ensuring the working of lamps, fans and wiper motor and other accessories.
